Early Childhood Music: (Grades PK-1)
Covers Movement, Music, Singing, & Rhythm Concepts
General Music: (Grades 2-6)
Covers a broad scope to promote competency in the elements of music while reinforcing the National Music Standards: Reading, Notating, Listening to, Analyzing, and Describing Music.
Music Appreciation: (Grades 2-12)
Incorporates an integrated listening program with cross-curricular connections and National Standards correlations. Students will explore various periods and cultures of music that demonstrate duration, tempo, pitch, timbre, texture, and form.
Music Theory: (Grades 2-12)
Students will be introduced to the basics of music theory while learning concepts in a logical sequence, with explanation, vocabulary, and practice. Games and activities will encourage creativity and composition.
Recorders: (Grades 2-6)
An introductory class of learning to play and perform with the recorder.
Choral/Ensemble Directing: (Grades 3-12)
We provide experienced choral directors to come in and direct your choir or special ensemble. From auditions to the very first concert, we will enhance your performing arts department by making your vocal groups a roaring success!
Beginning Keyboarding: (Grades K-6)
Beginning piano classes for students grades K-6. Students will be introduced to the fundamentals of learning to play the piano including music theory, note reading, and performance.
